Alexander Rickelt
Alexander is a member of our Dispute Resolution Practice Group who advises clients in complex court disputes with a focus on corporate valuations as well as re-structuring and insolvency.
Alexander advises and represents our clients in court and arbitral disputes in matters concerning corporate and capital markets law. Aside from “classic” corporate law litigation, Alexander specializes in complex and large-scale commercial litigation. In addition, he also advises companies, shareholders and entrepreneurs in general corporate and capital markets matters, such as the preparation of shareholder’s meetings and compliance with capital markets disclosure requirements. The focus of his work is the legal representation in court and out-of-court disputes in the context of corporate valuation and restructuring and insolvency proceedings (“distressed litigation”).
Apart from his work as an attorney, Alexander engages in the Program for Practice-Oriented Legal Education (Anwaltsorientierte Juristenausbildung) at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg.
