Ann-Kristin advises clients on all questions arising out of individual and collective employment law. Her practice further encompasses advice to companies and executive officers on their service relationship. In the event of a legal dispute, she represents clients' interests in court at all levels of jurisdiction. Focuses of her practice are contract drafting, termination disputes and questions of works constitution law, as well as employment law support for M&A transactions.
