Dr. Christoph Kiegler
Christoph advises national and international clients in all areas of tax law. A main focus of his work is advising on the tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
Christoph has wide-ranging expertise in advising on the tax aspects of national and cross-border M&A transactions. His practice includes conducting tax due diligence reviews, tax structuring of acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, and advising on acquisition agreements.
In addition, Christoph Kiegler has many years of experience in modeling transaction-related tax effects and regularly represents his clients in fiscal court proceedings. He also advises capital market-oriented companies, medium-sized companies and family-owned businesses in all areas of tax law, in particular on restructuring, tax audits and tax aspects of corporate succession.
