Dr. Christoph Nolden
Christoph advises on corporate, capital markets and public takeover law as well as on corporate compliance and governance issues.
Christoph has a particular focus on cross-border transactions, in particular tender offers and takeovers, post-merger integration, corporate restructurings and IPOs. He has extensive experience in the management of general meetings of listed companies and in the structuring and implementation of conversions, recapitalizations, squeeze-outs and other corporate actions.
His expertise also comprises the representation of public companies and board members in complex corporate litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as in the resolution of contested transactions.
