Dr. Florian Mader
Florian advises national and international clients in the areas of corporate law and compliance.
The focus of his work is on stock corporation and group law – in particular, on advising companies and their boards on corporate governance issues – as well as on transformation law. In addition, he is active in the area of corporate litigation. He is also an author on corporate law issues.
