Dr. Jakob Groh, LL.M. (Northwestern)
Jakob advises on all kinds of corporate law issues. Further, he is a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution practice.
Jakob advises national and international clients on all matters of company law, in particular on the law of corporations. In addition, he represents (and advises) clients in all disputes relating thereto, in particular shareholder disputes. He has experience in significant and complex contentious matters in a business law context, also in cross-border situations.
Jakob regularly publishes on topics related to his areas of practice.
