Kristin advises comprehensively on corporate law. Her practice focuses on board counseling, and corporate litigation regarding corporate governance, compliance, and ESG matters.
Kristin advises clients comprehensively on corporate law. Her focus is on stock corporation law, group law, advising on management board and supervisory board matters, compliance requirements, and ESG measures. She regularly advises on corporate governance issues, business judgment decisions and board liability matters. Moreover, she represents clients in and out of court in corporate disputes. Kristin is co-author of handbooks on corporate law and compliance management.
