Dr. Max Hirschberger
Max works in the practice areas corporate law, M&A (in-cluding real estate transactions) and restructuring. He started his career with BMW where he was head of the corporate and international legal department. As a member of the Group Executive Board of Deutsche Telekom AG, he was then in charge of corporate strategy, new business development, legal, organization and internal audit.
Since 2003, Max has been active as an attorney in Frankfurt and Munich, together with his team, has extensive experience in his areas of legal expertise based on a great number of transactions with national and international clients. In total, Max handled transactions with a value of over 120 bn €. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Regensburg.
