Dr. Sebastian Traub
Sebastian specialises in the fields of litigation and arbitration. His practice focuses on disputes in connection with corporate and capital markets law. Furthermore, Sebastian advises clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law.
Sebastian advises and represents clients in disputes before state and arbitration courts and in out-of-court dispute resolution. One of his main areas of practice is corporate law and company-related contractual disputes, including in particular directors' and officers' liability cases and disputes in the field of business valuation as well as post-M&A matters. Furthermore, he advises his clients in disputes relating to capital market information liability. His practice also includes advising on all corporate and general contract law issues.
