Katja Schmitt

Katja works in insolvency and restructuring law and insolvency administration. The focus of her work is on advising and assisting companies and their boards in crisis situations. She specializes in insolvency proceedings in self-administration as well as the preparation and implementation of complex insolvency plans. Furthermore, she regularly accompanies M&A transactions in crisis and special situations. 

Another focus of her work is the enforcement of claims in the context of compulsory execution, in particular with reference to insolvency and real estate law.
