Lisa Hammes, LL.B.

Lisa primarily advises on succession planning for family businesses and private clients. She accompanies her clients through national and international cases. She specializes in inheritance and family law, as well as the accompanying tax and corporate law with a focus on international private law. She designs individual wills, testamentary contracts, contracts for donations, prenuptial agreements and partnership agreements. Apart from representing heirs, executors and persons entitled to a compulsory portion both in and out of court, she also represents her clients in family disputes as well as divorce cases. Lisa also assists our clients with applications for naturalization in the context of compensation by the Federal Republic of Germany as well as with applications for the retention of German citizenship.
