Sascha-Leon's main areas of practice include the continuation of business operations during insolvency administration, the enforcement of liability and insolvency contestation claims, as well as their defense. He advises companies and their boards in times of crisis and advises on insolvency law issues. Another focus of his work involves the development and implementation of insolvency plans and insolvency related M&A transactions.
