Stefan provides advice to national and international clients primarily in the area of corporate law.
Stefan provides advice to his clients in the areas of corporate law (including dispute resolution), compliance and M&A/joint ventures. A particular focus of his corporate law practice is advising listed companies on corporate governance, corporate bodies (management board, supervisory board) on their legal duties, and family-owned companies, family offices and shareholders on all aspects of their business, including the design of their by-laws, the resolution of inner-corporate conflicts and succession planning. Further focuses of his work are on acquisitions and disposals of equity investments, corporate structural measures and on legal advice in connection with statutory valuation purposes.
