Dr. Till Kotterer-Rädecke

Till advises domestic and foreign clients in the area of financial and in particular payment services regulatory law (e.g. ZAG, KWG, KAGB, VAG, GwG). A particular focus of his work is on the areas of payment service solutions, e-commerce and mobility payment. Within the scope of his regulatory work, he has extensive experience in representing licensed institutions and issuers subject to regulatory exemptions before the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Till also has expertise in the financing sector.

A further main focus of his work is advising companies on national and international M&A transactions, in particular with regard to financial and financial supervisory law aspects.
