Vivian Mohr

Vivian advises and represents national and international clients in all kinds of legal disputes before state courts, in arbitration proceedings and in out-of-court settlement negotiations. The focus of her practice is on contractual and company law disputes. In addition, Vivian has practical experience of representing clients in litigation concerning alleged breaches of ad-hoc disclosure obligations under capital market law.
