SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises FUCHS SE on the acquisition of Boss Lubricants

SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, with a team led by partners Dr. Nicolas Ott and Jan Friedrichson, has advised FUCHS SE on the acquisition of German specialty lubricant manufacturer Boss Lubricants.

On 9 January 2025, FUCHS SE, the world's largest independent provider of innovative lubricant solutions, has completed the acquisition of Boss Lubricants GmbH & Co. KG. This family-run company based in Albstadt, Baden-Württemberg, develops, produces, and sells specialty lubricants that are used, in particular, in medical technology, safety technology, metalworking and mechanical engineering.

With this acquisition, the FUCHS Group intends to enhance its existing specialty business and to create new, internationally scalable growth opportunities.
