SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz partner Marc-Philippe Hornung appointed as preliminary insolvency administrator of efco creative GmbH

efco creative GmbH has filed for insolvency at the Landau Local Court. Marc-Philippe Hornung was appointed as preliminary insolvency administrator on 12 February 2025.

The business operations of efco creative GmbH, based in Rohrbach near Landau, will be continued with the approval of the preliminary insolvency administrator. Over the next few weeks and months, the company will be restructured in order to secure its long-term prospects – either through a transfer of undertaking or as part of an insolvency plan. The wages and salaries of the approximately 60 employees are initially secured by public insolvency funds.

efco creative GmbH was founded in 1989 and is active in the manufacturing and wholesale of arts and crafts items, materials and accessories, as well as in laboratory kiln construction.
