SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises Alira Health on the acquisition of Sourcia-Gruppe

A SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz team led by Dr Christoph Nolden has acted as German local counsel to Alira Health in connection with the acquisition of German-Dutch Sourcia Group.

Based in Framingham, Massachusetts, Alira is an international advisory firm providing services for healthcare and life science companies. With the acquisition of Sourcia, the group wins a contract research organisation specialising in clinical trial services.

The transaction was led by Paris-based Argos Avocats; Van Loman advised on Dutch law.
