SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advised BayWa in connection with internal investigation
A team led by SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz partners Dr. Martin Gross-Langenhoff, Dr. Cäcilie Lüneborg and Of Counsel Dr. Peter Hemeling advised BayWa Aktiengesellschaft, Munich ("BayWa"), on the investigation of an incident, which was the subject matter of an extraordinary meeting of the supervisory board of BayWa on 19 January 2024.
According to the findings of the internal investigation, which were presented to the supervisory board of BayWa on 27 March 2024, the senior executive did not violate statutory law during this incident and no misconduct on the part of the chairman or other members of the management board in connection with this matter could be found. The supervisory board of BayWa subsequently expressed its full confidence in the chairman and the entire management board.
