Simon is member of the firms Dispute Resolution and Commercial practice Groups. He advises and represents clients in all kinds of legal disputes in and out of court.

Simon is specialised in the areas of product liability and product safety law. With a focus on the automotive sector, he represents clients both in and out of court in liability law disputes and advises manufacturers and suppliers on issues relating to product compliance and technical product regulation. Simon also focuses on advising and representing clients in commercial disputes and damage claims as well as defending companies in mass litigation proceedings.
