Sebastian Gröss

Sebastian is a Principal Associate in our Competition Law Practice Group. Antitrust litigation and distribution law are core areas of his practice.

Sebastian advises on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. A particular focus of his work is the representation of his clients before German courts and the courts of the European Union, in particular in cartel damages actions and abuse of dominance proceedings. Sebastian also regularly advises on distribution law issues, such as the design of distribution systems and the enforcement and defence of claims arising from supply relationships. He also has experience in handling merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office and advises his clients on the implementation of antitrust compliance programmes.
