Dr. Thomas Wirth, M.A. joins SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz as Of Counsel

Dr. Thomas Wirth is a leading intellectual property specialist and has over three decades of experience as an IP lawyer in industry positions (including Volkswagen AG, SEAT S.A., Lion Bioscience AG) and private practice. He is the co-publisher and co-author of a leading commentary on the German Copyright Act.

Dr. Wirth primarily advises research institutions and companies on international technology transfer agreements, research and development agreements and cooperation, license, and distribution agreements. He joins SZA’s Mannheim office as Of Counsel, where he will further strengthen the IP team around Dr. Thomas Nägele which advises comprehensively on all matters of IP, IT and data protection law.
