SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises Deutsche Bank on debut syndicated loan for L’Osteria

SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, with a team led by Munich-based financing Partner Dr. Ilja Baudisch, has advised a banking consortium coordinated by Deutsche Bank AG and consisting of five banks on the conclusion of a EUR 60 million syndicated loan agreement for L'Osteria.

The financing will be primarily used to fund working capital purposes and investments. It marks L'Osteria's transition from a previously purely bilateral financing structure to its first syndicated financing. The L'Osteria Group was founded in 1999 and is currently represented in nine countries with 200 locations.
