SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises Mutares on acquisition of Selzer-Group

A team led by SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz partner Dr. Martin Kolbinger has advised Mutares on the acquisition of SELZER-Group from INDUS as an add-on acquisition for Mutares' Ferral United Group.

SELZER-Group produces ready-to-install metal components and assemblies for gears, brakes and engines. The company employs around 440 people at four locations in Germany and abroad and supplies customers from the automotive industry as well as other industry sectors. The completion of the transaction is expected in the third quarter of 2023.

The team of SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz led by Dr Martin Kolbinger regularly advises Mutares on both the buy-side and the sell-side as most recently on the exits from Lacroix + Kress GmbH and FDT Flachdach Technologie GmbH.
