SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises Dataciders GmbH on the acquisition of ROITI OOD
SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, with a team led by partners Dr. Martin Gross-Langenhoff and Dr. Andreas Herr, has advised Dataciders GmbH on the acquisition of ROITI OOD.
Dataciders GmbH, a portfolio company of the European private equity investor Rivean Capital, is a leading service provider with a focus in the area of Data & AI. With over 950 employees and locations in Germany, Austria and Bulgaria, its clients include DAX 40 companies, SMEs, and the public sector.
ROITI OOD, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with its over 90 employees, offers end-to-end consulting services in the field of data and artificial intelligence (Data & AI) with a special focus on Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) systems.
With this transaction, Dataciders GmbH intends to expand its service and customer portfolio, industry expertise and presence in Bulgaria and Europe, while further strengthening its network of technology partners as well as its pool of software engineers and consultants. The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of 2024.
Following the acquisition of Prodato Integration Technology GmbH, this is the second transaction this year in which SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz has comprehensively advised Dataciders GmbH on the contract negotiations and all further legal steps.
