Sebastian Gröss and Dr. Maximilian Goette have been promoted to counsel as of 1 January 2025.

SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz appoints principal associates Sebastian Gröss and Dr. Maximilian Goette to counsel as of 1 January 2025, thereby strengthening the important areas of antitrust and competition law in Brussels and corporate law, compliance and corporate litigation in Mannheim.

Sebastian Gröss (Brussels) is a member of the antitrust and competition law practice group and advises on all aspects of German and European competition law. His main areas of expertise include antitrust litigation and distribution law.

Dr. Maximilian Goette (Mannheim) specializes in the areas of corporate law, compliance and corporate litigation. He advises national and international clients both in and out of court, with a particular focus on German private limited companies (GmbH-Recht), stock corporation law and partnership law.
