SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises shareholders of Software4You Planungssysteme GmbH on sale to Danish Timegrip group

A team led by SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz partner Dr. Stefan Zeyher provided legal advice to the shareholders of Software4You Planungssysteme GmbH on the sale to Timegrip group, a portfolio company of the private equity investor Main Capital.

In addition to the acquisition by Main Capital, the transaction included an agreement on a reinvestment in Timegrip group by the shareholders of Software4You, GZ Paul B.V. und Hanns-Dirk Brinkmann. SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz provided legal advice on the entire transaction and the preceding process regarding the selection of the bidder.

Software4You Planungssysteme GmbH, founded in 1998 by Hanns-Dirk Brinkmann, is a leading provider of solutions for personnel controlling and personnel cost planning based in Munich and serves more than 200 companies in Europe, especially with its flagship product 4PLAN HR.

The Timegrip group, headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark, is a pan-European software provider for workforce management solutions, serving over 800 international customers of various sizes and from different industries.
